One of new articles on ediet - it's just a confession of an idion. A girl speaking of how happy she is to have anorexia, how nicely she looks, how well feels, and that anorexia is her best friend.
After reading that and getting surprised I read comments. And agree completely with their authors: the stupid girl thinks that anorexia is a modern fashionable style of life in whole and eating in particular, associated with super-models. She thinks that having anorexia makes her glamourous and fashionable. But even though she weights 45 kilos being 170 cm tall, it doesn't look like anorexia.
In fact, main component of anorexia is a constant dissatisfaction with one's look, and here it's right the opposite.
Some people there said "if you are slim and healthy it's good, we are glad that it's all ok with you". Others were quite rude and said directly that what she posted is rubbish, that she's an fool who has neither boobs no bum, and real anorexia will soon come to her together with her sister bulimia.
My main impression of the article; one of the biggest problems with anorexia is that people just do not understand it is an illness that destroys the body and often leads to death they think it's something "cool", some kind of "fun".
